Justin Helou

Justin Helou serves as Director of Overlay Trading for Kestra Investment Management, where he leads a team responsible for delivering outsourced trading services for Unified Managed Accounts (UMAs) and advanced tax management services.

Prior to joining Kestra, Justin served as Assistant Vice President of LPL Tax Overlay at LPL Financial, where he led the development and launch of the LPL Tax Overlay Program and drove enterprise alignment on strategic initiatives. In previous roles at LPL, he spearheaded the development and launch of equity SMA and externally traded fixed income programs on the MWP UMA platform, managing complex technology implementations and vendor relationships. Justin began his career at the Vanguard Group.

Justin earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from Christopher Newport University, where he now serves as a member of the Luter School of Business Advisory Board, helping shape the next generation of financial professionals. In his free time, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife Jacqueline and their corgi Fred, playing golf, cooking, snowboarding, and cheering on the Washington Capitals.
