Chad Druvenga
President
Chad Druvenga is President, Kestra Insurance Planning and Founder, Comprehensive Brokerage Services, LLC (CBS). Prior to starting CBS in 2007 Chad launched the life insurance division for a large annuity Independent Marketing Organization (IMO) based in Minnesota.
In just two years, Chad grew target premiums to more than $30 million and captured over $5 million in revenue. As a result of this success, Chad was awarded ownership in the IMO prior to its sale to National Financial Partners (an AON company). Chad has served on several Advisor counsels for various insurance carriers, all with a focus on product development. He is active in Finseca (financial security professionals association) and Treasurer of NAILBA (leading insurance industry organization).
When not supporting financial advisors, RIAs and dedicated f inancial professionals solving clients’ insurance needs, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, especially at their lake house.
